CQC Adult Skills for Care Rapid Induction Training

As part of the Skills for Care regulations all new staff working in care homes, nursing homes and domiciliary or community social care are required to undertake a rapid induction training programme.

Assessment

The assessment will be through a portfolio of evidence completed while the learner is on the units listed above.

Progression Options

This induction programme will give learners a basic understanding of many areas in the Health and Social Care sector.  Upon completion, candidates may want to proceed to specialise in a specific area within the care sector, such as diabetes management, or mental health support.
